Shipping Policy
Paid orders are shipped same day Monday-Saturday excluding ALL major holidays. Luxury eyelash extension supply orders placed after 6pm Sunday will be shipped Monday. Please allow 24 hours for processing and 1-3 days for shipment.
Overnight Shipping Policy
Expedited Orders ship same day excluding all major holidays. Overnight orders placed on Sunday will ship first Monday morning. Overnight orders placed on Saturdays after 6pm will also ship Monday morning.
Upon Fulfillment of order a tracking number will be issued via email. Once your order has left our facility we are NOT responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Please Note: All packages are covered with at least $50.00 in insurance. To redeem in case of lost/damaged please contact the United States Post Office customer support: 1(800)-275-8777

Product Availability
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you immediately. If we are not able to reach you we will fulfill your order and process a refund for the out of stock item.
